We have a well-defined comprehensive process to handle Renting Services for public who wish to find a suitable, comfortable, convenient, and affordable houses or apartments to live in any part of Tirunelveli and Tuticorin Districts. Also, we provide all assistance who are in search of an appropriate and affordable space for establishing or running their new/existing businesses.
You can call our dedicated staff and explain all your requirements, budget, preferred location, and size of accommodation/ commercial area. You will be provided with all information within 2 working days. You can also log on to “CONTANT US” option to complete the Form with relevant informations. If your requirements match with the available vacant units (houses, apartments, commercial spaces) you will get an immediate response followed up with a personal telephone call.
If the client finds an appropriate building/space, he/she will first visit the Office, and then visit the location to see the unit. If the client is satisfied, he/she will sign a “Rental Agreement” after providing us with the Personal ID or Business ID (Personal photograph along with Aadhar Card or Passport Copy). The prospective tenant will not be levied with any charges except the “Advance Caution Deposit” which is refundable at the time of vacating the rented space. However, if the rented space is not belonging to our client, we will collect one month rent as our "Service Charges" from the tenant. If the tenant is willing, we would notarize the Rental Agreement by the Legal Consultant against a nominal fee paid by the tenant. The tenant will retain a copy of the Rental Agreement for their records.
The Rental Agreement is valid for 11 months. It is the responsibility of the tenant to renew the Agreement on its expiry. On renewing the Agreement, the rent will be revised as per the Agreement terms as mentioned. If the tenant has not paid the rent for 3 continuous months, the company has the right to take necessary legal action to vacate the tenant with a month’s notice.
